Bundelkhand’s chronic water scarcity, climate vulnerability, low agricultural productivity, poverty, and limited access to infrastructure severely affects women's daily lives. Patriarchal norms restrict their mobility, decision-making power, and participation in community leadership or economic initiatives. Yet, a silent transformation is taking root fueled by women-led models of change. Biozazen trained these women in rural livelihood initiatives.

The initiative brought together Self Help Group members, Krishi Sakhis, and Bio Resource Centre entrepreneurs from Chhatarpur and two blocks of Tikamgarh, Bundelkhand, Madhya Pradesh.

More than just a skill-building exercise, the session highlighted the transformative power of eco-conscious living. Participants discovered how simple, homemade bioenzymes can lead to significant cost savings, reduce dependence on harmful chemical products, and promote healthier households and a cleaner environment.
