Vision@2047 becomes reality when policy is co-created, voices are heard, and growth is designed to include everyone
The pre-budget consultative meeting on Haryana Vision@2047, chaired by the Hon’ble Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini
Rooted in the ethos of Antyodaya, Digital Empowerment, and Forward Looking Governance, the dialogue reaffirmed when governance is participatory, prosperity becomes collective strengthening both the State and the nation.
During the interaction, I shared three focused, action-oriented suggestions with the Hon’ble Chief Minister: first, to curb outmigration by aligning skill development centres with Haryana’s core economic strengths in manufacturing, textiles, consumer durables, agriculture and IT hubs, etc following a 70% demand-linked skill focus and 30% enterprise creation approach ensuring local livelihoods for local talent; second, to address air pollution and environmental sustainability by expanding the State’s green cover through Self Help Groups and Farmer Producer Organizations, linking plantations of economically valuable trees and crops with women-led livelihoods; and third, to strengthen grassroots impact by scaling localization of the Sustainable Development Goals under Viksit Haryana 2047, supported by enhanced budgetary allocation to the Ministry of Panchayati Raj.
The consultative process stood out as a model of inclusive, participatory governance translating vision into actionable policy for a resilient, equitable, and future-ready Haryana.
