Rise with resilience, lead with courage and create meaningful impact

When women rise, entire communities rise with them.
In Moyad and Poglu villages of Block Prantij, Sabarkantha, #Gujarat, women gathered with unstoppable enthusiasm to embrace new skills through the Swayamshree Project.
A one-day hands-on training on #Bioenzyme making led by Biozazen, Reliance Foundation, Gates Foundation, BAIF Development Research Foundation and Association for Gender Equality (AGE) ignited a movement of eco-friendly entrepreneurship.
Rural women stepped forward not just as learners, but as innovators shaping a greener, healthier future. Participants discovered how simple, homemade bioenzymes can cut household costs, replace harmful chemicals, improve family well-being, protect the environment and spark sustainable livelihood opportunities.
From budding SelfHelpGroup members to aspiring independent entrepreneurs the impact was undeniable-the very next day, each one of them sent me a picture of the #Bioenzyme they had started brewing at home.
